Q. HOW DO THE SHELVES MOUNT TO THE WALL?
A: Our shelves are built hollow and come with a custom wooden bracket. The bracket screws into the wall and the shelf slides over completely concealing the bracket. The mounting bracket, instructions & screws are all included. All you need is a screwdriver or drill to install - very easy installation!
**If you'd prefer anchors, we have them available upon request & will include a complimentary set if they are requested as a note on your order! **

We accept PayPal, Etsy Gift Cards and Credit/Debit Cards. Payments are due in advance, in full and before production/shipping.
○ We are not able to control shipping speed. Factors like weather, holidays, etc., occasionally can cause shipping delays. We are not responsible for delays once an item has been shipped.
○ We only accept orders and ship to locations in the continental United States. We're happy to price out shipping for Alaska, Hawaii or any other territories! If so, please reach out and we will provide a shipping estimate.
○ We are not able to ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address to ensure your package arrives at the intended destination.

Cancellations are accepted up to (7) business days after the purchase date. If the cancellation is received within the window, we will cancel and refund the order in full. If an order has been sent to our shipping department and is packaged or prepared for a shipment, we are not able to issue a cancellation or refund for the order. We review every cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost mail &/or any damages that may occur in transit. We will work with you on every order and if something happens to your item are more than willing to work with you to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you suspect your package has been stolen, we encourage buyers to fill out a police report and will need a copy of that report in order to file a claim with our courier.
RUSH MY ORDER UPGRADE INFO: If the "RUSH MY ORDER" upgrade is purchased, it guarantees your order is shipped within 7 BUSINESS DAYS from the day the order is placed. *Please note if your order contains a custom size or 4+ shelves, the shipping upgrade will be 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and provide both a picture of the damaged product and a picture of the damaged shipping box. We require both photos in order to provide them back to our courier to address damages.
We gladly accept returns for exchanges! Please note that you are responsible for covering the costs to mail the item back. If you are returning for an exchange, please be sure to package the items carefully to ensure they are received back in good condition. If a return is received back damaged, your exchange credit may be reduced based on the severity of damages to the product(s).
Returns are accepted up to (7) days after the order has been received. You must contact us in advance to let us know why the item(s) are being returned. If you return an item within the allotted time, you are responsible for the return shipping fees back to us. We will refund for items contingent that the item(s) are received back in good condition and with all hardware. Please be sure to package the items carefully to ensure they are received back in good condition. If a return is received back damaged, your refund may be reduced based on the severity of damages to the product(s). *Custom orders are a final sale. We are not able to accept returns for custom orders (custom builds, sizing or stains, etc) as we are not able to resell these items and cannot restock them in our inventory.

Due to the holiday season, our current production time is 3-4 weeks (+shipping); though, we're happy to work with deadlines. If you have a certain date you need your order by, we offer a "RUSH MY ORDER" shipping upgrade at checkout.
Our shelves can hold 50+lbs; however, they must be installed into at least one stud and all additional screws provided must be installed to give it the most support possible. If studs are not available, we recommend using drywall anchors (that will be provided complimentary upon request).
