Payments

We accept PayPal, Etsy Gift Cards and Credit/Debit Cards. Payments are due in advance, in full and before production/shipping.

Shipping

We are not able to control shipping speed. Factors like weather, holidays, etc., occasionally can cause shipping delays. We are not responsible for delays once an item has been shipped.

We are not responsible for lost mail &/or any damages that may occur in transit. We will work with you on every order and if something happens to your item are more than willing to work with you to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

We only accept orders and ship to locations in the continental United States. We're happy to price out shipping for Alaska, Hawaii or any other territories! If so, please reach out and we will provide a shipping estimate.

***We are not able to ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address to ensure your package arrives at the intended destination.***

RUSH MY ORDER UPGRADE INFO: If the "RUSH MY ORDER" upgrade is purchased, it guarantees your order is shipped within 7 BUSINESS DAYS from the day the order is placed. *Please note if your order contains a custom size or 4+ shelves, the shipping upgrade will be 10 BUSINESS DAYS.

Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

We are willing to work with every customer! The sale isn't over until you're satisfied with your order. If the package is received late or item(s) damaged please inform us ASAP so that we may have a chance to help you resolve the problem.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations are accepted up to (7) business days after the purchase date. If the cancellation is received within the window, we will cancel and refund the order in full. If an order has been sent to our shipping department and is packaged or prepared for a shipment, we are not able to issue a cancellation or refund for the order.

We review every cancellation on a case-by-case basis. We want to make sure every customer is happy with their order; however, since we are a handmade shop and every item is custom built, we need to factor in costs for labor, materials, shipping/packaging, etc..

RETURN POLICY:
Returns are accepted up to (7) days after the order has been received. You must contact us in advance to let us know why the item(s) are being returned. The item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days; after 7 days, we will not accept returns on any item. If you return an item within the allotted time, you are responsible for the return shipping fees back to us.

--> Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
--> RUSH MY ORDER shipping upgrade fees are non-refundable.

We will refund for items (*less a 10% restocking fee*) contingent that the item(s) are received back in good condition and with all hardware. **If you are returning, please be sure to package the items carefully to ensure they are received back in good condition. If a return is received back damaged, your refund may be reduced up to 25-50% based on the severity of damages to the product(s).**

*Custom orders are a final sale. We are not able to accept returns for custom orders (custom builds, sizing or stains, etc) as we are not able to resell these items and cannot restock them in our inventory.

DAMAGED PRODUCT:
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24hrs to notify us of the damages. Please provide both a picture of the damaged product and a picture of the damaged shipping box. We require both photos in order to provide them back to our courier to address damages.

*Please note that we will issue a complimentary replacement for items that have been damaged in shipping; we will not issue refunds for damages.

EXCHANGES:
We gladly accept returns for exchanges! Please note that you are responsible for covering the costs to mail the item back. If you are returning for an exchange, please be sure to package the items carefully to ensure they are received back in good condition. If a return is received back damaged, your exchange credit may be reduced based on the severity of damages to the product(s).

*Custom orders are a final sale. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for custom orders (custom builds, sizing or stains, etc) as we are not able to resell these items and cannot restock them in our inventory.

Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping / Production Time

Our current production time is 3-4 weeks (+shipping)); though, we're happy to work with deadlines. If you have a certain date you need your order by, we offer a "RUSH MY ORDER" shipping upgrade ($15) at checkout. The shipping upgrade guarantees your order is shipped within 7 business days from the day the order is placed.

*Please note if your order contains a custom size or 4+ shelves, the shipping upgrade will be 10 business days.

How much weight can your shelves hold?

Our shelves have been tested with 35+ lbs; however, they must be installed into at least one stud and all additional screws provided must be installed to give it the most support possible.

If mounted correctly and into studs, the shelves should be able to hold up to 50+ lbs.

Floating Shelves Installation/Bracket FAQs

Our Floating Shelves are built hollow and come with a custom bracket specific to the dimensions of the shelf. The bracket screws into the wall and the shelf slides over completely concealing the bracket.

The Floating Shelf bracket comes with pre-drilled screws to allow for easy installation. If the screws don't align with where the studs are in your walls, simply remove them from the bracket and realign with where they are in your home.

**If you'd prefer anchors, we have them available upon request & will include a complimentary set if they are requested as a note on your order!
